What on earth is the point of me having a weight loss blog if I don’t post what I’ve lost?
Well don’t get me wrong. I would like to. But the simple fact is, despite cutting carbs and sugar, increasing my water intake and exercising bi nightly, I just haven’t lost anything. I am the exact weight I was 2 and a half weeks ago.
There have been changes though, and I think it’s important to acknowledge those. I’m less moody, sleeping better, not tired every waking moment of my life and I don’t feel permanently bloated.
Hanging on to those is what’s keeping me going, but I AM hoping for a loss this week…
Upon looking to “Oopsies” for a bit of a bread craving crusher, I saw this guy had a few other bread recipes, and at 4 carbs for two of these buns, I’d say it’s something to be attempted in the near future!

Became aware today of the existence of carb free pasta.
My life is complete.
